As a lifelong theatre kid, I've always been captivated by the magic of live performances. I believe events have the power to bring people together and create truly unforgettable experiences. Paramount hosted a virtual trailer preview for Clifford The Big Red Dog in PXL's VX metaverse, inviting over 250 influencers and media. Michelle led the event, managing guest invites, integrating film assets, and ensuring optimal platform performance.
Despite technical hurdles and a learning curve for attendees, the event successfully featured a moderated conversation with stars Jack Whitehall and Darby Camp, a trailer premiere, and networking within the virtual environment.

TechCrunch Disrupt, their flagship startup conference, hosted over 10,000 attendees online, connecting founders, investors, and tech visionaries. Michelle supported Startup Alley, onboarding exhibitors to the event platform.
Her responsibilities included speaker preparation, website updates, and managing communications across various platforms (Slack, Hopin, Bizzabo, Airtable, Zoom). Despite last-minute requests, Michelle provided excellent customer service to each exhibitor, ensuring a smooth virtual experience.

The Latino Coalition Legislative Summit
Michelle spearheaded the venue selection and logistics for the Summit, overseeing décor, food, and entertainment.
